Brando’s Tactical Four Reticle Site May Look Ridiculous on your Camera SLR but It Comes in Handy

Brando’s Tactical Four Reticle Site looks like something that should be strapped onto your SOPMOD M4 not your Canon D-90 but this little device makes pointing and shooting a whole lot easier with bulky SLRs and DSLRS.
The adapter screws into the camera’s hotshoe and accepts the Red Dot site. The site itself comes with customizable options such as a variety of crosshair designs and colors and two laser strengths for low and normal light shooting. The concept is simple: instead of having to peer through your tiny viewfinder or stare at your LCD you can pan, focus, and shoot quickly by viewing through the red dot optics.
Tactical shooters (and video gamers) have been doing this for years and so, apparently, have photographers have been doing this for years—though I’ve never seen one—but at $45 dollars for the whole rig it’s a heck of a lot cheaper than piecing together a rig out of actual gun optics or opting for the cheap air gun alternatives.
Let’s just hope if you take this little gadget with you travelling security doesn’t think you’re Jason Bourne or James Bond.
