I’m not a golfer and don’t pretend to be—and apparently it’s a good thing—I didn’t know you could get lost on a golf course.  Fortunately for all you duffers out there, Callaway has introduced a new GPS unit especially for you.  The Upro MX is a sleek little touchscreen device that will make sure you get to all 18 holes and back to the clubhouse in one piece—barring any encounters with rogue rodents along the way.

What’s so special about this GPS?  It comes pre-loaded with hi-resolution aerial photos of over 25,000 course around the globe.  That’s a lot of detailed topography there.  In addition, you get a handful of viewing modes including “Virtual Green, “Smart View,” and “ProMode.”  These different modes offer different viewing modes and perspectives on the course including flyovers, detailed green information (including exact putting distances down to the inch), and even gives you angle cheat sheets to make sure your shots are always on target.

One of the coolest features is the price.  You can get all this and more for just $199.  That’s not bad for a dedicated GPS and if you’re a serious golfer, this little pocket caddy can really improve your game.
